Meet Kira Vos

Thanks so much for your interest in True North Photography! I know there are tons of great Colorado wedding photographers and Colorado elopement photogaphers out there so I really feel flattered you are taking the time to check out my work.

I have been documenting Colorado weddings in Denver, Boulder, and the Rocky Mountains for over a decade and my work has been published worldwide. I believe in taking a story-telling approach to photographing your day, capturing unscripted moments that tell your story in an authentic way and translate into family heirlooms. I spent years working with newspapers and magazines as a photojournalist all over the world. My goal was to always be on the lookout for decisive moments. The frames that capture the true essence of a story, time, or place. It is this same philosophy that I will bring to your Colorado wedding photography!

Very little will be staged. It's all about wedding photos that really embody what your day felt like. Wildly Talented

Kira is wildly talented. She has an amazing eye and frames her shots perfectly. We loved her photojournalistic style from the get-go, and we hired her because we wanted to have clear, beautiful images of our friends and family, and – sure enough – we now have all of these excellent portraits of the people we love.
